Unilever to buy Australian tea business

Anglo-Dutch consumer goods giant Unilever, the maker of global tea brands such as Lipton, has said it has entered into an agreement to acquire Australian premium tea business T2 for an undisclosed sum.
T2 is a small business compared to Unilever, with sales of around AUD57 (USD53 mln) million for the year ended June 30. However, Unilever president for refreshments, Kevin Havelock, said T2 was "a fast growing premium tea business with great potential".
