European Union - Bunge takes over Mannheim Biofuel and Novaol Austria

A Switzerland-based unit of US agribusiness major Bunge Ltd. will take over full control of biodiesel producers Mannheim Biofuel GmbH in Germany and Novaol Austria GmbH in Austria.
Previously, the two biodiesel plants were operated by Diester Industrie International SAS, a 60:40 joint venture between Diester Industrie SAS, the French biodiesel major, and Bunge.
