Global dried fruit business picks up after Easter

THE dried fruit business has picked up following the Easter break, with substantial demand for spot positions for some products. As a result, longer term demand has also increased.
However, most origins are still complaining demand from Europe, and partly North America, is still too slow and is worrying the sellers, according to Catz International's latest dried fruit and nut report.
