Southeast Asian boost for US Cheddar exports

US cheese shippers had a good 2011, with overall export volumes up by more than a quarter.
In the biggest, bulk category, including Cheddar, the US sent just under 111 000 tonnes abroad - 23 000t more than in 2010.
