ARIZA BV of the Netherlands has announced what it claims to be the world's organic and Fairtrade certified apple juice concentrate.
The fruit is grown in the Nigxia province, in the north of China. The cooperative consists of 76 farmers on 318 hectares of organic land with a further 60 ha in conversion.
