WTO hands China a victory over U.S. in poultry fight

The World Trade Organization ruled Wednesday that the U.S. is in violation of trade laws by refusing to import poultry products from China. How quickly the ruling will result in Chinese poultry coming to the United States, however, remains to be seen.
