US-style Greek yoghurt aims to conquer UK market

US yoghurt entrepreneur Hamdi Ulukaya is taking a tilt at the £1.9 billion (€2.39bn) a year UK chilled yoghurt market and specifically the £73m (€92m) Greek yoghurt sector.
He aims to replicate the success in the US of his Chobani brand, which is now the third biggest yoghurt maker in the US, having won a 60% share of the Greek yoghurt market in just seven years.
